Told myself hundreds of times before that I will update this blog but everytime I try to, I end up not doing anything. 2011 will end in 2 days. Let’s see if I can summarize every thing in a single post.
- It’s pretty safe to say that I have survived my first year in my new job. The whole year was definitely hectic. Every other week I was on-call. Stress took a toll thus I’ve been sick a lot of times this year. Guess I need to start on taking vitamins. My evaluation was pretty good although it’s kinda scary for next year. Hello expectations!
- I was also able to enroll for my master’s degree last September and I already finished the first term. And I almost didn’t make it. Let’s just say I was stupid. Well, anyways I passed. Enrollment for next term is next week. Actually, I’m still half-hearted if I’ll enroll or not. I haven’t thought exactly if this degree will help me. Well, I would like to take up the project management courses but those are offered as electives and you can’t get electives without taking the foundation courses first. I’ll be taking 2 courses next term. Hope I could make it.
- Lost my wallet sometime last November along with around Php2000 cash, ATM and credit cards plus school ID. Total damage for the cards were around Php1500. Well, karma will bite the culprit’s ass.
- Got my first IT certification in October. I’m now ITIL certified! I plan on taking up the other IT certifications. Let’s see. :)
